Advanced Web Designer (3 positions)

Responsibilities:

Manage and develop various portals, ensuring that they are stable, well-designed,   effective, up-to-date and properly maintained.

Requirements:

Thai National.

Extensive experiences in developing small to medium size web portals.

Profound knowledge in graphics, web development and multimedia software programs,   especially Adobe Photoshop, Flash, DreamWeaver, Corel Draw, etc.

Excellent command of both spoken and written English.

Ability to take leadership in design of innovative, dynamic web product.

Responsibilities:

Maintain operation of Hotel and Tour Reservation and Admin System (Internal Admin & Hotel Admin). Updating and maintenance of on-line booking engine and administration including technical support.

Requirements:

Knowledge of standard development environments and programming languages (C/C++), web application development (PHP/HTML), data exchange standards (XML), relational database concepts (MySQL).

Degree in computer related field, at least one year experience.

Business Development Coordinator - Operations (1 positions)

Responsibilities:

Prepare room rates (comparison, cost rates and selling rates), allocation and other related information for relevant departments.

Update system and data on websites.

Requirements:

Thai nationality.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field.

Basic computer skills and the ability to use the Internet effectively as a research tool.

Position:

Client Service Agents (1 positions)

Responsibilities:

Contact suppliers via phone and email.

Contact customers to suggest alternative hotels if a reservation cannot be secured.

To find alternative hotels, check rates and room types for customers via email.

To capture booking data manually into online systems.

To maintain good working relationships within the department as well as with other departments.

Assist customers with enquiries about their travel itinerary by telephone, email and an online chat interface.

Requirements:

Thai Nationality (Male / Female).

Bachelor Degree in any field.

At least 1 year experience in the hospitality or tourism industry. Knowledge of an e-commerce environment would be advantageous.

Good command of English (both speaking and writing).

Able to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Good typing skills for both Thai and English (at a minimum speed of 40-50 words per minute).

Computer and Internet literate with knowledge of Outlook software.

Must be able to work flexible hours (including night shift or on weekends).

Position:

Systems Developers (3 positions)

Responsibilities:

Maintain and modify systems/programs to conform to system changes or to make improvements to existing program.

Develop new systems/modules to work and integrate with existing systems.

Design the database structure to work and integrate with the new module/existing systems.

Test and debugs system modules/programs as assigned.

Support and train users to use the system as assigned.

Conduct researches on the appropriate technology to use in system development team.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experiences in application development using PHP, MySQL, XML.

Experiences with AJAX.

At least 3-year working experiences as a system developer.

Good knowledge of web technologies.

Familiar with Search Engine Optimization concept.

Working experiences on Google Maps.

Experiences with content management systems, experiences with Drupal will be a major plus.

Web Designer (1 positions)

Responsibilities:

Create, design, develop and maintain various travel oriented websites.

Requirements:

Thai National.

Experienced in web development software including Dreamweaver and Photoshop.

Good command of spoken & written English.
